| Advise us of any medical problems or injury - to ensure your pet will be accepted for boarding |
| Bring your pet's up to date vaccination card - if lost please ask your vet to fax you, or us, a copy. |
| Bring any medication required- with clearly written instructions. |
| Never give sedatives to your pet, or calming medicines before bringing them- these are not used or needed here. |
| If you wish, bring your pet's blanket, cuddly, or special toys - it can make them feel more at home. |
| Bring the special food - if on a special diet for health reasons. |
| For security reasons, all your dogs must be on leads and cats in cages- before they exit from your car. |
| Bring emergency contact numbers - preferably someone who knows your pet in case we are unable to contact you. |
| If you wish to use our pet collection and delivery back home service, - please book ahead. |
| Payment is on arrival by cash,cheque or eftpos - sorry, we do not accept credit cards. |
